Window booth seating is subject to availability, you can request one but if not available the next best table will be assigned. Book ahead.

Making your Take Away online through our website will save you those extra delivery partner fees and will bi-pass any phoning issues you’ve had in the past (we’ve joined with Telstra and they’re still trying to resolve our previous issue).

We, among other Chinese restaurants from Geraldton, to Busso, to Dunsborough, who are of similar name ~ ‘Jade’ .. or the copy-cat Jade Court C.R. of the same name over east. Have had countless orders made for customers that have called the wrong restaurant.. some are large orders.. Our management have spoken to a few of the restaurants affected and they express the same frustration.

We’re passionate about bringing flavoursome, fresh and high-quality Chinese dishes to Cottesloe and wider Perth, and strive to showcase the very best of this diverse cuisine. We’re located along the Stirling Highway and offer a wide selection of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes that everyone will love. We specialise in Cantonese dishes mainly, so you can expect selections such as spicy pork chops, san choy bow and the roast duck pancake, with plenty more besides.
